Got a few hours spare? Love gardening? Perhaps don’t have your own garden anymore?
Want to meet new people and have some company? Want a few hours fresh air?
We have a newly formed ‘Gardening Club’! The Club will begin meeting every Tuesday from Tuesday 24th October at 10am.
This is for all ability gardeners and advice and tips will be given
As a Club we have large areas to upkeep and our lovely gardener David can’t do it all alone. We need YOU!
We have a number of volunteers that work with us from maintaining the greens, paperwork and admin, our beautiful flowers, maintaining the hut, coaching, our team captains, our gardening club , our committee, trustees, tea ladies and washer ups and we couldn’t do what we do without any of them. Huge thank you to the work everyone put in last year.
If anyone has any spare time, from an hour to an afternoon and would like to offer a helping hand then please do so.
A lot of you will recognise Glynn Dawson in these photos and we would just like to note how Glynn is missed by the club and members and our thoughts are with his family as we move into the new season.
Become part of our Award-winning team, including Colne in Bloom, Active Lancashire, 2BR Pride of Pendle, to name a few!
